How long has the Frederick Baptist Church been in existence?

the Frederick Baptist Church was founded in October of 1973 by Pastor Sam Thompson.

How many pastors has the Frederick Baptist Church had?

In 2000, Pastor Sam Thompson retired, moving to Florida after guiding the Church through what could have been a very difficult pastoral change, had it not been for his wisdom and leadership.  The Lord also gave the new Pastor, Brother Jeff Bowersock, wisdom and guidance in taking the pastorate.  The combination of God’s working and the wisdom of these two men of God made the transition very smooth.

How long has Pastor Bowersock been the pastor of the Frederick Baptist Church?

Pastor Bowersock’s official first day as Pastor was June 1, 2003.

What ministries does the Frederick Baptist Church offer?

 What are the membership requirements for the Frederick Baptist Church?

There exist only two requirements to become a member of the Frederick Baptist Church:

 1. Scriptural Believer’s Baptism into the Church

 Or 

2. A Letter of Recommendation from another local, independent, Baptist, New Testament Church.  This letter would be received at the sole discretion of the Pastor of the Frederick Baptist Church.
